Bill Hughes is a Principal Analyst for In-Stat’s wireless research group. He is an experienced marketing strategy executive with over two decades of experience in sales, strategic marketing, and business development roles at several leading corporations including IBM, General Electric, Motorola, and U S WEST Cellular.

Prior to In-Stat, Bill worked with several high technology organizations where he has led the marketing and business development efforts with clients including Nextel, Motorola, SBC, and Tyco Electronics.

Bill has been a Professor of Marketing at the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern where he taught Business Marketing to graduate students. Bill has also written articles on this subject for several wireless industry trade magazines.

He has an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Engineering at Cornell University.
