Abstract
This report presents data on brand footprints in this market, showing providers that firms currently purchase from and would consider purchasing telecom services from. This footprint data is presented for the US on the national level, as well as, for regional views for Bellsouth, Qwest, SBC, Verizon, and Comcast.
 
 Data on the telecom services that firms purchase from particular providers is also provided. The providers included are AT&T, Sprint, MCI, IBM Global, Verizon Wireless, Bellsouth, Qwest, SBC, Verizon, and Comcast.
 
 Brand perception data is also presented for each of the providers. For the national providers (AT&T, Sprint, MCI, IBM Global, and Verizon Wireless), perceptions among customers and non-customers are compared. For the regional providers (Bellsouth, Qwest, SBC, Verizon, and Comcast), perceptions among in region and out of region firms are compared.
