Abstract
VoIP continues to work its way into the corporate environment, either through the company purchasing their own infrastructure for VoIP traffic or through service agreements with carriers. One service that has come on the market to help meet this growing demand for VoIP is IP Centrex/Hosted PBX. A network hosted voice application, IP Centrex/Hosted PBX provides, at a minimum, business users with local dial tone, long distance, and voice features similar to that of an IP PBX.
