Abstract
The Intel Annual Wrap-up/Q4 report is the first quarterly report of 2005. This report provides a review of Intel for 2004 with special emphasis on the fourth quarter. The review includes Intel’s financial performance relative to economic and industry conditions and Intel’s execution and strategy relative to manufacturing and product platforms, including processors and chipsets for desktop PCs, mobile PCs, workstations, and servers. The quarterly update reports are also expanding to provide additional coverage of other Intel communications products. In addition, this report provides an analysis of competitive and other external forces affecting Intel with an 18 to 24-month outlook.

Unlike previous Annual Wrap-up reports, this report does not contain an appendix with a complete shipment breakdown. More complete information on the shipments for each processor platform, including estimated revenues, will be provided in the Intel Workstation & Server Processors, Intel Desktop PC Processors, and Intel Mobile PC Processors reports throughout the year. These reports will provide a more detailed analysis of the data model than previous reports supplied.
